Introduction to Service Design Workshop Video

TCDC has organized the “Introduction to Service Design” workshop to promote the use of “service design” among government agencies to improve the quality of public service.  The workshop was conducted by Prof. Birgit Mager, President of Service Design Network; Ben Reason, Co-Founder of Livework Studio and Julia Schaeper, Service Designer from National Health Service (NHS), during February 14 - March 1, 2013 at TCDC. Participants had the chance to use service design process to work on the real problems encountered by their organisations, which include the State Railway Of Thailand, Thailand Post, Airports of Thailand PLC, Baan Paew Hospital and TCDC.
