Come experience the new design and explore a cross-cultural phenomenon of the new Spanish cuisine, from its dynamic culinary tradition to today's gastronomic innovations. And don't miss an exclusive screening of "elBulli, the history of a dream" (chapters 1 to 9) and "A day at elBulli" (special chapter)! Learn the history of elBulli restaurant from its first opening in 1963 until 2009. See the behind the scene of the 3-michelin-star restaurant with interviews of chefs, critics and everyone who once had a dream-like experience at elBulli that have not been revealed anywhere before.
