1. Students must show a valid Student ID Card stating expiry date in accordance with their study programs OR a student status confirmation letter issued by their institutions stating academic details and program period. For academic institutions not accredited by the Ministry of Education, students must also provide a copy of Registered Certificate of Educational Institution (Thai students enrolled abroad must show a valid Student ID Card and passport with valid Student Visa stamp.
2. Government Officials / Government Enterprise Officers / Government Employees must show a valid official ID card with symbol or detail of their full-time position and expiry date clearly stated.
3. All applicants must present their identity cards or passports and have their photos taken before applying for all types of TCDC membership.
4. For companies of limited partnerships, company affidavit, VAT certificate and a list of their employees must be shown before applying for TCDC membership at a corporate rate.
5. For foreigners who wish to apply for TCDC membership at a resident rate, they must have valid passports and one of the following documents: residence permit or work permit or tax payment evidences.
6. Children aged between 12-15 years may use a copy of census registration as their identifications.
7. Online membership application will be complete if applicants pay their membership fees and have their photos taken at the Info Guru Counter.
