Industrial designer Timothy Jacob Jensen is the director, main shareholder and chief designer of Jacob Jensen Holding and Jacob Jensen Design. He designs for Jacob Jansen’s own brand as well as for a large number of international clients including Bang & Olufsen, Bell Xpress, General Electric, Toshiba, Vertu and Volvo Car Corporation.

Jacob Jensen Design studio was established in 1958 by his father, Jacob Jensen. He took over the company in 1990. In 1998, he founded Jacob Jensen Holding and in 1990, he founded the brand Jacob Jensen. The Jacob Jensen family of companies designs for other client as well as Jacob Jansen’s own product line.

The studio has designed over 500 notable products which include not only industrial design, but also architecture, kitchens, TV-studio, logo, packaging, and corporate identities. Many of Jacob Jansen studio’s products have received design awards, both nationally and internationally, and are represented in museums worldwide.
