Explore the world of great international animated feature films guaranteed with global nominations and awards. These stories are a canvas of life and cultures, representing each country with lively colors and beautiful graphic artistry, drawn by hands with particular animation technique of each noted director. You might find that animations are no longer created only for children.

Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea

Hayao Miyazaki is a co-founder of the Ghibli Studio and also the director of a noted Japanese animated film, “Spirited Away”, which became the highest-grossing film in Japan (¥ 30.4 billion). The film was completely hand-drawn by watercolors and took 20 months to produce.

Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

This self-proclaimed “first vegetarian horror movie” is filmed with stop motion clay animation technique. Wallace & Gromit took their roles on the screen for the first time when Nick Park produced an animated short film Wallace & Gromit: A Grand Day Out as his thesis. This film won Best Animated Picture in the 78th Academy Awards.

The Music@TCDC by Kiosk offers a chance for both new and professional musicians who are looking for a free space to liberate their musical spirits. Their vibrant live performances will bring TCDC members and visitors entertaining moments and inspiring melodies on weekend.

Lamaii

After performing music together in restaurants near their university and many auditions for 4 months, three friends decide to form their own band and named it “Lamaii”.
With easy-listening style, they play not only famous but also great little-known songs. Lamaii has performed at public events such like House & Garden Fair. The band also plays regularly at The Gift Pub & Restaurant on Buddhamonthon 2 Road., and G Society on Talingchan Road.
Although all members are still third-year students at Mahidol University, they are working on realizing their dream by writing songs, posting them on websites and searching for other members in order to perfecting their sound.

วง Code Jam
Code Jam was formed by a group of new blood artists. Though still working on their own tracks, the band makes a great impression by performing cover songs in their characteristic style.
The band members define their style as easy listening music with plenty of improvisation. Code Jam’s live performances are dynamic and unpredictable; everything happens depend on their mood and situation.

O Pavee Kotchapakdi
O Pavee is a talented fourth-year student of Western Voice at Rangsit University Conservatory of Music. His single “Superman” is currently a big hit on alternative radio station Fat Radio. Drawing from his experiences and transform them into touching lyrics, O Pavee writes his own music in Soul Pop style.
