The food industry’s initiative to help solve the ever-increasing environmental problems has led to the creation of “Green Food”.

Learn how to succeed in the green food business and the role of innovative materials in this fast growing industry with Chonladhee Sehaumpai. In this lecture, Chonladhee will address 4 topics: Global Warming and Green Food, Green Restaurant Association: GRA, Types of Green Food, and Material Innovation for Green Food. He will also discuss the selection of green products and materials to be used in restaurants of which could affect the food business and environment.

About the Speaker:
Chonlathee Seehampai, an expert in the world class food industry, started his career as a chef in 1982. Presently, he works for Marriott Marquis and The Ritz Carlton hotels, New York. Chonlathee has launched a few successful Thai restaurants in New York and Massachusetts, and also wrote several books: Our Thai Culinary with the Present World, Culinary Education as the Real Professional, My food@Green Papaya, Arts in Culinary, Principles of food, Beverage in Culinary and Cost of Labor and Production Controls.
